We keep our terms short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you book and we’ll explain it personally.
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year. Most national licences are accepted in Morocco. Additional drivers can be added free of charge at pickup — they must meet the same requirements and present their licence.
Awalcar does not take a security deposit. You pay the agreed all-inclusive rental price only. We accept only cash and cash on delivery in Agadir. Prices are quoted per day and include the car, full insurance, unlimited mileage, taxes and airport delivery.
Full insurance covers the vehicle for accidental damage and theft, subject to the terms of our insurer. You remain responsible for damage caused by clear negligence or misuse — for example, driving under the influence, using the car off-road where prohibited, ignoring vehicle-height limits, refuelling with the wrong fuel, or losing the keys. Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the driver’s responsibility.
Our standard policy is like-for-like: you receive the car with a set fuel level and return it at the same level. There is no fuel surcharge and no full-to-empty markup. If returning the car at the same level is impractical, just let us know and we’ll agree a fair settlement in advance.
hare your flight number when you book. We track arriving flights, so if your flight is delayed, your agent will simply wait at no extra charge. Pickups and returns at the airport are free and available 24/7. If you’d like delivery to a hotel or address in the Agadir area instead, let us know — we’ll confirm whether it’s free or quote any small charge before you confirm.
Plans change, and that’s fine. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Date changes are free subject to availability. To change or cancel a booking, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your confirmation details.
The car may be driven anywhere within Morocco on public roads. The car may only be driven by the named drivers on the rental agreement. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles; a cleaning fee may apply if the car is returned excessively dirty or with a smoke odour.
Awalcar is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle, for indirect losses such as missed flights or appointments, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Moroccan consumer law.
We collect only the information needed to provide your rental — your name, contact details, licence and flight information. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing us
